Pembrokeshire in Wales Makes the Perfect Holiday Destination

The island is home to a small village, but is probably best known for its monastery. Regular trips are available during the summer months.

On weekdays throughout the year you can observe weaving in progress and enjoy a unique shopping experience. You can purchase a range of individual items for your home including stylish throws, cushions, lamp shades and blankets.

Preseli Venture offers the more adventurous of you the chance to explore the North Pembrokeshire coast in the knowledge that you are in safe hands. You can swim alongside the grey seals beneath the towering cliffs having leapt into the sea from the rocks above. Alternatively, you can explore the nooks and crannies of the coast in a kayak. All activities are led by specialist and experienced guides.

The beauty spot of Porthgain is a sheltered port that was once home to the thriving slate and brick industry. Evidence of this can still be seen in the worker’s cottages. Today the main industries are fishing and tourism.
